No Refund Policy and Will Call Policy

NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES

All sales are final, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket. If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to vip@sobenewyears.com. Refund requests must be made within five days of the event's originally scheduled date.

Since third parties provide the majority of the party information, SoBeNewYears.com does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any of the information contained here or any products or services listed here. SoBeNewYears.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained here. SoBeNewYears.com disclaims any and all warranties relating to the service, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use. The venue photos were not necessarily taken on prior New Year's Eve parties; therefore, it is not necessarily reflective of the event's decor, ambiance, or crowd. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed.

If an event is age restricted, you certify that all ticket holders meet the minimum age requirement and will bring proper id to that event. If you are denied entry based on age requirements, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.

Dress code is strictly enforced. Please check the venue's dress code policy and adhere to them the night of the event. If you are denied entry based on dress code violation, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.

Venue and talent are subject to change. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at the event, SoBeNewYears.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.

Please note that the purchase of tickets from SoBeNewYears.com does not provide purchaser with VIP services from its sister company, SoBeVIPs. Purchaser is simply buying tickets to the aforementioned party and NOT SoBeVIPs regular VIP services including but not limited to personal hosting, table/bottle selection and cell phone call/text responding. SoBeVIPs is not responsible for any issues that may arise at the venue. All issues relating but not limited to table service, table location, table size, admission, entry line, dress code, club operations, change of guest appearances and music are to be discussed with the club/venue staff itself.

WILL CALL POLICY

Customer has option of Will Call or Hotel Delivery. No physical tickets will be shipped to you.

Will Call is set to take place December 27 – December 31 from Noon to 5pm. Therefore, please note that Will Call will ABSOLUTELY NOT be taking place on the night of the event at the venue for which you have purchased tickets.

Please present a valid picture ID, the original credit card used to make this purchase, and a copy of your order confirmation at Will Call. If you do not have the required items listed, you will be denied ticket-pickup and will not receive a refund for this purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be given for No-Shows that fail to pick up tickets during the specified time slots for Will Call.

ONLY the purchaser, whose name is on the order confirmation, will be able to pick up the ticket(s) associated with this particular transaction. Purchaser will have the aforementioned items in order to receive tickets during Will Call.

NOTE: If you are purchasing tickets for someone else and will not personally be able to make it to Will Call, please EMAIL (do not call) us with the name of the individual who will be picking up the tickets. That person will need to bring a copy of the original credit card used, a copy of the ID of the purchaser, and a copy of the order confirmation.
